  • What Flowmaster!?

OK what should i get, i can get a decent sounding flowmaster exhaust from a local muffler place for $230 for everything. which is just the muffler back (my friend has it, sounds good) or the american thunder catback, which is like wut 280. But does the american thunder come with everything to install, and how har dis it to install

it does come with what you need and its very simple to install. I would just recommend having it welded later and ditch the supplied clamps.

I went with the Flowmaster cat-back, and I like it...But definately get it welded. On my way to lunch today the muffler came off the over axle pipe and dragged a little bit. No harm done since I was only doing 20 at the time...I had those clamps as tight as I could get them. I'm having all the seams welded up along with my cat deleted next week.

i own the 80 series and is fine imo, however the first two months or about 10,000 miles its not as aggresive as it will be. its probably the one that you said was $230

**** man i hope mine doesn't sound more aggressive. Iv'e had my 80 series on for about two thousand miles and it is so deep and mellow. Oh yea and who the hell puts 10,000 miles on their car in two months?

strange. most people usually want their exhaust to sound more aggressive(or as aggressive as possible).
