Bank 2 problems

After I finised egr sim and block offs I got this code P0153 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) slow response Bank 2 Sensor 1, I changed it then I finish up with with code P0174 Fuel trim system lean Bank 2 . P0174 Fuel trim system lean Bank 2 Please help!!!

the trims just need to relearn themselves, go easy on the car for about 100 miles or so.

I forgot to put that I got this code P0151 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) circuit low voltage Bank 2 Sensor 1 I cleared that code and got the lean one.

Is that all becasue of a new sensor?

I think when I did the egr block off it started this problem. It was fine be for this.
