Looking for a straight answer about ss hood

I have a a 2000 v6 camaro (engine all stock with flowmaster catback) with an SS hood off of a 2000 SS my question is, How much HP does this really give the car? i have heard many answers i no its not much but ive heard 10-25HP

I would say 5 to 12 rwhp. If that.

did you make it so that the hood was functional cuz if you just threw it on there it wont make that big of difference. id say seriously maybe 1-2 whp difference and even thats doubtful in my mind. but if you had it hooked up to where it was functional, with the air from outside "ramming" its way through the intake then i dont see why it wouldnt make about a 5-10 whp difference.
