what he means is after maybe a few thousand miles or so, the tone will be different than when bought... a little deeper

I'd imagine the heat from the exhaust may make the baffles heat up and change shape a tiny bit

If you install a different exhaust system, your exhaust will sound different than it does now.

Thats what it will sound like. All I have in that video is a 80 series muffler. No other mods. And it really hasn't changed much at all since I've gotten it.

i dont think it has to do anything with the baffles changing shape. honeslty i have no idea why it changes, but they sound better after a while.

when i first put on my rumbler and cat , going down the highway,5th gear at 70 and if i let off completely it would pop/crackle. now it only does that if i romp it and then let off. it changed quite a bit, doesnt pop half as much as it first did. i dont know why, dont care why, but it sounds better now.

First of all, it sounds great. Is that the stock Cat? I have a high flow cat, a resonator, and the 80 series. Sounds just like yours but a little louder.

                        Re: breaking in exhaust

Ive said it once and ill say it again. A flowmaster muffler sound doesnt change (given that it stays intact). Its all in your heads. Other mufflers with baffles and glass in them change in sound as time goes by but flowmasters do not. If your flowmaster exhaust sounds different then its something else like the cat or something but its not the muffler.
