  • S pipe

    If i was just installing a new cat back system without a new cat, do i still need to upgrade the S pipe? Could I do that later when i ad the hi flow cat and headers?

      you will not need it but, you will need a reducer that allow you to hook up the stock 2.25" s-pipe to the new catback. something simple an exhaust shop can take of cheap.

        if your not going to do headers and a cat for a while but want better sound and performance now do the S.

        I literaly just got done on jegs order the U bent 4' of 3" pipe and Some flanges so i can go no cat/straight pipe. or just open Y-pipe and really piss my neighbors off

          u should just do the highflow cat and spipe now..save urself the trouble later

            I have the 3" cat with the 2.25" spipe going into the 3" cat back will there be a big difference when upgrading to a 3" s-pipe??

                i would think, that, adding The fixed 3'' s-pipe would improve the flow, and eliminate the "bottle neck" flow of one part being big-->smaller-->bigger again.
