Another exhaust question

Since the 3.8 is going back in the 97 and we still have the old pacesetter headers and y pipe, I was wondering if anyone has tried this or seen it.

So anyways after the headers and y pipe, a new cat will go in with s pipe but has anyone seen a muffler I pipe (i.e. like a glasspack or something like the TSP exhaust) with just a turndown after the I pipe? I dont want tips so I could care less to run more pipe over the axel to just dump it there. If you have a pic or sound clip it would be awesome.

BLLDOGG I did try to search this first but came up with nothing. I figured thats what you were gonig to tell me to do. ;)

your best bet would be a bullet muffler and then put a turndown style tip after it..

not sure how it would sound tho

that setup is going to be extremely loud and probably pretty raspy

I hate to say it :D but search some v8 boards for pics. i know billions of those guys put a muffler under there and dump it pre axle. I can't think of anyone on this site that has posted pics of there v6.
