finally got my headers from oi bird v6, theyre so sweet, now i just gotta get some abbott gaskets and put them on, just thought id show them off for now though:rock: after theyre on i think im going to get all 2.5 inch piping and keep my flowmaster 40 series for a little while but i dont really like its sound at higher rpm, i was going to get the loudmouth 2 or the tsp rumbler but being an A4 im worried about low back pressure and love my low end torque so i dont think those are really options anymore, i also have been looking at borla xr1s if i could find them cheap enough what do you guys think i should get after the install? something under 65 buck please, im also an ebay shopper soo..:)

water, I do not know if it really works. just something most people did back in the day to try and help keep the gaskets from leaking

Re: pacesetters are finally in
smoke panther is right on about both points. the more you soak the stock bolts the easyer they'll be to get off, pb blaster is great stuff and works even better. soak them at least once the night before, and let the car warm up a tad before you take them off, this will help too.1998 bright red camaro ,M5 ,Y87 ,stock

Originally posted by Rune:
If it smells like a turd and looks like a turd, chances are its probably not a candy bar.

I mean, jeez. I don't feel comfortable at ALL welding on my car. I just want to know if people are welding things by themself.
