Anyone ever hear of an ls1 or lt1 with muffler delete? I have it on my 97 rs, sounds ok for a 6, but i was wondering how it would sound on an 8 cylinder. Basically taking off the muffler and running pipes out the back?

imo ls1 with no mufflers or exhaust systems sound like ***... raspy as hell not that great. I mean comparing to my v6 which basically has no exhaust now, it sounds as smooth as a formula 1 car. But overall sounds raspy.Comment

my buddy has a 01 SS with a cam and a LM on it...i cant hear my car when his car is started...and we r in standing next to mine...but ya i dont think that it would sound that great with the rasp and all
