      Re: rumbler question

The Rumbler has 2 1/2" O.D tail pipes. I have this setup with a magnaflow cat and I love it.
If you are wandering just how loud this baby is well; if you have ever heard someone get on there car off in the distance and it sounded like open headers you will be that guy.

Is this exhaust harder to instal than other aftermarket? due to the 3 inch pipes? will i lose power, like others have said?

            Re: rumbler question

the rumbler is 3" untill the over the axle piece merges into two pipes, which are 2.5 inches.

as for install, its not any harder really. you need an S pipe, where as some other exhuast kits come with it, and you need different hangers ( which are included with the slp S pipe.)

as for power, its a big long fight which will never end. personally, i didnt lose any noticable low end power. my car still chirps 2cd and i can easly light the tires up.

i used stock z28 tips, but i got them welded on, they're a tad bit too small to clamp.

You can find the tips here: http://www.texas-speed.com/shop/item...d=195&catid=46

Then search the web for the tips offered. I'll talk to the owners tomorrow about getting pictures of the different tips up.

If you are interested, call Texas Speed at 806-866-0734 and ask for Jacob (that's me). I'd be glad to help you and answer any more questions you may have.

                Re: rumbler question

I loved my rumbler, however, when the winter came and windows had to be up it would drone and make you lose your mind, I ended up hating it. If you only drive in summer with windows down or t-tops out it is awesome, I used some chrome stainless z28 style tips for a week, ended up cutting them off b/c they didn't match my needs, send me 15 bucks paypal and they are yours.
