what is your guy's opinions on removing the cat. i know it would be louder, and you would loose some back pressure, but will that hurt the engine in anyway? do you favor this being done on a v6 bird?
right now i just have a basic thrusher muffler on my car, but soon i want to buy a full exhaust system, what kind do you suggest
yeah just get a highflow cat from ebay or something.
as for mufflers, i would recommend a bullet muffler that goes in the i pipe, or s pipe then jsut buy the other tubings so you can have a dual exit exhaust, or you can jsut dump the exhaust before the axel like me
slp loudmouth and borla xr-1 mufflers are pretty nice
I would suggest going with something that sounds a little better as well as flows better... like magnaflow, or my personal favorite, and what's on my car...borla.
just a note about magnaflow - their great and all, but if what your looking for is just a loud sound, they dont deliver. they do however have a good tone, and are durable. if you just want a showy loud exhaust, get a loudmouth or flowmasters. their both pretty nice also.
