what is your guy's opinions on removing the cat. i know it would be louder, and you would loose some back pressure, but will that hurt the engine in anyway? do you favor this being done on a v6 bird?

right now i just have a basic thrusher muffler on my car, but soon i want to buy a full exhaust system, what kind do you suggest

      Re: exhaust q's

yeah just get a highflow cat from ebay or something.
as for mufflers, i would recommend a bullet muffler that goes in the i pipe, or s pipe then jsut buy the other tubings so you can have a dual exit exhaust, or you can jsut dump the exhaust before the axel like me

slp loudmouth and borla xr-1 mufflers are pretty nice

      Abbott long tubes,homemade true duals,slp ram air,whisper lid,eibach springs,kyb shocks,BMR subframe connectors, BMR LCA reloc brackets,BMR LCAs. T-top/manual converted

flowmaster 80 series or another dual outlet muffler or a catback system...

not a fan of dumpin before axel...too annoying in the cabin for me

                  Re: exhaust q's

I would suggest going with something that sounds a little better as well as flows better... like magnaflow, or my personal favorite, and what's on my car...borla.

yeah borla is very good, i was just lookin into them also, i think its going to be either magna. , or ill spend the extra and go with a borla system.

2.5 inlet/2.5 dual outlets...It's in good condition (under 5K miles on it)

I will wait a couple more days to see if I can sell it (I will know by thursday)

just a note about magnaflow - their great and all, but if what your looking for is just a loud sound, they dont deliver. they do however have a good tone, and are durable. if you just want a showy loud exhaust, get a loudmouth or flowmasters. their both pretty nice also.
