can you email me pics of them boss to v6rs97@aol.com thanks
Sure I can, The only thing is there still on the car. I'm waiting on a local shop to get the new ones in. I'm expecting them this week. Then I'm going to be putting them on ASAP.
Id say the soonest I can have them off the car is a week and a half or 2 weeks. Is that ok?
Want me to grab some pics of them on the car? I can get the dented part in the pic I think.
sure if u can get a pic now and some when they are off. for 20 bucks i will prob take them
Here they are
If you were to just sandblast them and buy 2 cans of High temp paint they would work just fine. BTW: I dident notis any preformance loss from the dent in the y-pipe. Even with the dent the headers are bigger then the stock y-pipe! lol
so basically just that dent, and the 3rd primary has to be re-welded on ? thats no biggie for me, my brother is a welder. let me know when they are off and i will buy them

I'm hoping since I asked about the old ones first that I might be first in line.

That's ok about the egr tube, I need to move it to the other header anyways to reach the valve on the superchaged 3800. I won't even need the y pipe so that'll save on shipping for me.

is that the stock Ypipe? doesnt look liek it was ever painted black?
edit: o and btw this post has 1,006 views
Not the stock y-pipe... its the pacesetter one.
Its not painted black because I painted it red without sandblasting the black off first and all my nice high-temp paint bubbled and boiled off it. and the underlieing black boiled away too. :(
LET THAT BE A LESSON!!! ALWAYS sandblast headers CLEAN if your going to use high-temp paint on them. if its on just the metal it will be fine but ontop of paint no way.
I'm just waiting for my new ones! I talked to my guy today and he said, well if you want to pay rush shipping you can have them in 2 days. Other than that the truck will take about a week to get here. So I told him fine, no problem I'd wait for the ground shipping.
Last week I too ordered the same pacesetter headers, got it off of ebay for $250 shipped. I am planning on using a hi flow cat (for sound issues), magnaflow catback and a "bullet". Hopefully that'll give me the growl i'm looking for. If the rear 02 fix still throws a code, how do we get around it?
