Ya, that is after the CAT and S pipe, it is right under the pas. seat.

Ya, from SUmmit, only about 20 bucks; Mine is 2.5, same as the exhaust.

You going to weld it on or keep it clamped? i suggest weld specially with a cutout.

I was going to leave the clamps on; How long do you think it will last; I dont know how to weld.

the problems is leaks...take it to an exhaust shop...they'll charge like $10/weld

How hard is it for you to uncap it from there? I'm thinking of getting one and put it right where you have yours, so I'm just wondering. And sounds clips are a must, one with it shut, and one with it open

2 things...

I would get it welded like said it will be cheap, I paid $40 to have them install it for me. cut the pipe and put it in.

I know you are not going to want to hear it, but from the angle of the pics it looks like you should have mounted it like 6-8 inches forward. To avoid rattles. Idealy it should sit in the gap where the front of the rear seat mounts.

Its not hard, just reach under and undo the nuts/wing nuts. Usually right in front of the rear wheel, don't need to jack it up or anything.

you should try it with a gutted cat, its pretty crazy...

is those legal? i want something to make my car louder and sound good too,the flowmaster 40 duals isnt loud enough to me...and how do those things work anyway?

it just allows your exhaust to escape after goin through the headers without filtering through a muffler. It is alot louder. It is ment for those who drive there cars on a normal bases and then drag on the weekend.
