whiper lid Q.

ok so i just got my lid and installed it today, but my question is what kind of difference does it make. i no that the stock lid has those baffles that are unnecessary, just take up space and even act as a silencer. well i swear now that the car is quieter. also more important i haven't noticed an increase in power if thats what it brings. in fact i think it decreased my power. so what do u guys think, those that have a whisper lid.

I think the power people say exist is all in their heads and I think your feeling of a lose of power and that it made it quieter is all in your head

personally i didn't notice a difference from the stock to the whisper, only in sound but i did rid of silencer so that has something to do with the sound as well. I'm sure it helps, and I don't see how it could hurt, but you won't notice it. If you do, it will be at high speeds when the air flow is better.
