Ok, I have been looking into the different exhaust systems. I have always been a fan of Borla, because I like the raspy sound. I was looking into the borla cat-back systems. On the Borla website, they appear to be the same price, but on ebay one system is allot cheaper than the other. I was wondering what the actual difference was between these two.
Part #140028 They are a dual exhaust to a single port exhaust tip. I noticed the exhuast runs into the muffler and then to the exhaust tips. It also doesn't state what diameter it is, does anyone know?
Part #14780 These are a dual exhaust which lead to a dual exhaust tip. Now this one appears to Y before the muffler. One goes to the passenger's side exhaust the other into the muffler and to the driver's side exhaust. Does this produce more HP since one pipe appears to not go through the muffler at all? This states its 3" adjust, but what do they mean by adjust?
Sorry, I emailed Borla twice, but no response. Also, I saw the exhaust tips one both models. I have to admit, I like the round single port....but I saw a picture on a T/A and it doesn't look like it filles the bumper enough. I did see the dual tips on a pic also, but its an obvious change and I would like to keep my car as a sleeper. Any suggestions or pics? Thanks for any help in advance.
