Bullet vs Resonator?

Is there any difference?

I'm getting ready to order my exhuast system and was looking for a resonator to put in behind the S-pipe. I notice most places carry bullet mufflers over resonators, and they're about the same price. I'm ordering my 3" Magnaflow system from performance-curve.com, since it comes with a 3" Cat and free shipping for $388.02, and also getting their SS O2 bungs to weld into the S-pipe.

OK, just want to make sure it won't restrict flow too much, but also want to quiet it down a bit.

bullet will quite it down more, but restriction is probally about the same. they're both straight through desgins.
