    97' SLP CAI or 98+ LID/K&N/SLP CAI

    I've been reading on the 97 SLP CAI and I'm getting the mod itch. I currently run the LID/K&N/SLP CAI set-up and wondering which is better.

    I've read the sticky and did some research, but the question remains...would I benefit from dumping my current set-up for the SLP CAI tube?

    I like the sound of my current set-up...but I wouldn't mind it louder.

    in the sticky it mentions that CAI and ram-air/lid setups are identical in performance
