    Quick question before i buy my headers...they come with detailed instructions of how to install them correct? Cuz i dont have much of an idea at all, but im getting some friends to help out that do but im hoping they come with some decent instructions

    it's pretty straight forward..jack the car up, take the manifolds off and put the headers on. make sure you've got some new gaskets and you should be set. What brand did you get?

          its really not that bad, just time consuming.

          remove dipstick tube
          remove heatsheilds
          remove manifolds
          put on the headers


          id get better gaskets, and try to leave a stud in on each side to help put the headers back on. depending on your car, you might want to replace your spark plugs as they're a breeze to do once you get the headers on.

            I got pacesetter ceramic coated, i talked to some of my buddies so hopefully we can figure it out, you dont have to pull the motor do you?

                you don't have to drop the motor. You just remove the manifolds from underneath the car, then isntall the headers, again from underneath, so a lift is very helpful.
