I just got my headers on also, i paid to get mine installed and it took them probably 7 hours to do it and it cost me $380 =( oh well it sounds AMAZING!!! Between the headers and the new high flow cat im set!!!! I noticed the engine seemed a lil bit hotter at first but not so much anymore, i need to go in tom and re tighten the bolts. Did you notice a clicking noise when you accelerate now??? I dont think its normal cuz it didnt make the noise before so i dont know if its something with the belts or what not but it only makes the noise when i accelerate...any ideas guys?

i had a leak at the stock cat and stock s pipe i got that changed to no cat 2.5'' pipe up to the cat-back welded (:D i luv it)

but i did notice the clicking i hear it from the header on the left side
i thought it was the cylinder's makeing that sound but maybe it is a leak
after i got the new pipe my temp is back to normal.

I get that noise from the left when I start the car, I think it's just the egr blockoff though, did that on the tubie manifolds to.

                          left side being drivers side?

if so, my money is on the EGR. clicking is definatly an exhuast leak and odds are its at the EGR. start the car, and feel around for exhuast. dont do this when the car is hot, let it sit for a while and start it up, it'll take a while to get hot anough to burn yourelf bad.

i noticed NO extra heat in the bay, nor are my temps any higher than before.

also, keep checking the Y pipe bolts. my header bolts BARELY loosened up, but my Y pipe bolts loosened alot for a while. check them every week or 2.

did you use cooper RTV, i used it on the intake side and the exhuast side and it works perfect. you can try just running a little bead around the plate maybe and see if it helps.

I've heard for the egr to header connection to use an egr gasket.

Does anyone know if this will work? Its from a 95 3.4l camaro
