Hey guys, i have a 3.4 liter v6 1994 Firebird. I ordered the 3'' Texas Speed Rumbler Exhaust form the website. I just got back from Midas and they said that I am missing a piece of the exhaust. I have 4 pieces and the clamps. I am missing the part that cnnects the catalytic converter to the muffler/resonater. It's a relatively small piece, but yet I still need it. Can anyone confirm that I'm missing this piece before I call them? Whaaaats going on?

Re: Missing part of Texas Speed Rumbler Exhaust
sounds like your talking about the S pipe, which isnt included with the rumbler. so no, your not missing anything.
the rumbler was made for the ls1, to put it on the lt1/3.4/3.8 you need an S pipe, or get the SLP "install kit " from texas speed.
but the exhuast shop should have been able to make you one in 10 minutes. for just a few more bucks. the install kit is stupid expensive for what you get.
people also get a 3" "u" bend from jegs/summit and then cut then in half, flip one side over and then weld it back together.
the cheapest/quickest way would be just tell mida's to make you one, unless they're complete idiots they should have no issues making it.1998 bright red camaro ,M5 ,Y87 ,stock

Originally posted by Rune:
If it smells like a turd and looks like a turd, chances are its probably not a candy bar.

i was going to get the link but its too early, still lazy.
the exhuast shouldnt charge you more than $10-15 and you wont have to wait for shipping ect.1998 bright red camaro ,M5 ,Y87 ,stock

Originally posted by Rune:
If it smells like a turd and looks like a turd, chances are its probably not a candy bar.
