I just got a 3.4 camaro and im trying to make it breath better does anyone know what headers fit the 3.4 with A/C?

Yes, either one.
When you see the listing for headers that fit 93-95 3.4 w/o AIR they mean the secondary air injection, not air conditioning. If you have a 5-speed then you have AIR and the headers don't have a bung for the air tube.
