Im trying to remove the Flowmaster muffler and tailpipes on my 97 firebird to replace with a race muffler,i dont want to cut it up, becasue i want to be able to reinstall it when i go to sell it. The person that had owned it before me had a muffler shop put it on and they spot welded the tailpipes and the intermediate pipe tp the muffler. I got the welds broke and the clamps loosened, but i cant get the muffler to come off the intermediate pipe. Does anyone know any tricks to removing it without cutting? thanks
