Also abbott's has some great gaskets that most people use and there haven't been any leaks because of those gaskets. They are like 30 bucks as well but are on backorder
Well I Ordered my gasket on Mon. night this week and Lance shipped the nexted day. But I havnt got it but I'm sure it will be here soon.
Hello all,
I have gotten a few requests for 3.4 liter headers and a few other products.
We can build headers for pretty much anything but we need a local car available. Right now we are backed-up with a couple R&D projects. We need to focus on getting them finished this month.
In the mean time, would you please let us know what other products you are interested in. We specialize in exhaust/headers & intake systems. But we also carry S&B filters, cross members, differentials/gears, etc.
Doubt you have resources for that as it sounds mostly like exhaust work only for ya but those are definitely things we need for our cars as nobody makes any

when is zzp supposed to come out with their aluminum heads? havnt they been working on that for a while?
You don't change them. You have to splice (braze) the early model tubing to the later model at the A/C compressor. The tubing on the later models is routed different.
There were pictures in a post from long ago, but I haven't found it yet.
This is one way of going about it, and probably a safer route. But there is a way of modifying the existing A/C lines on the pre 98 3800 II engine. I simply used a crow bar and lots of caution to bend them out of the way, and so far, no leaks!
Heads: not within our means.
Intake manifold: within our means but the cost and time of R&D would bring a sheet metal inatke to market for close to $2,000.00 as an estimate. i doubt there would be much interest.
The headers we build are for a 98 and newer. They will fir the 97 but you will need to modify your stock AC lines or have acustom set of AC lines made.
btw, my lil angry face is not meant at you guys at Clear Image, idk y i always have done that, think i pick it up from the USMC, even on hackernetwork forums i did.
Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
