i am fine... and I have entire rear axle assembly anyways in my garage. I have another rear end in my car.

the rear is whining... I am going to see if I can slap a v6 rear in for cheap.

If not, I have a nice 3.42, rear with zexel torsion and brakes in the garage. I am just hoping to get a whatever v6 rear and sell the one in my garage

How much you want for it? I'll drive down to pick it up.
