egr question

has any one here taken their's apart and if you have, can you give me any tips i really dont want to spend 400 on a new one and i will have time while the car is parked over winter

you may look for a used one. I have one and I'm sure others do also. But to awnser your question I have never taken one apart, sorry but good luck if thats what you decide to do

just ebay it for a new one... that what i did... brand new one with 1 year warranty for $92.50 shipped

do you need one? if not get a egr sim from zzp with block off plates it worked for me :naughty:

i had it and it was garbage, didnt work from day 1

My car didn't throw any EGR codes so to the best of my knowledge it's good

i did the zzperformance block of plates also. i never threw any codes.

what is wrong with yours that your going to take it apart?
