man,now the pic under your name makes me even more nerves, and it is half green, reminds me of the exorcist,a movie i will never watch again ever! so what your saying is,just wait until it trows a code for o2 sensor and then change it??

Unless you have any reason to believe the sensor is bad, no need to change it. If it throws a code, it does not mean the sensor is bad (unless of course, you get a code telling you a sensor is bad).

i dont understand your last post
but i change mine when they start reacting slow, it only throws a code once there completly dead you'll loose power and gas milage long befor that, if you dont have a scanner you can watch the o2's on then id change them every 20 thousand miles or so on a hard driven car and every 40 on an old ladys car.

3 years isn't that old for a sensor. It's also one of those things, if it's not broken, don't fix it*.

*unless you are rebuidllng an engine. then it's a good time to replace all of the sensors.
