what would be better for a '01 firebird v6, a cai or a ram air kit? i'm asking for performance and hp. i'm just asking cause i am planning on putting a ram air kit in my car, and everytime i see someone list thier mods they always have a cai, so was wondering if ram air would be any good.

Re: cai or ram air
why ya gotta be so hard on the guy? i know i didnt even understand how to word what i was searchin for when i first joined up..
someone with a Firebird may know better than i, but my .02 would be if you already have the R/A hood, or dont mind droppin the money for it, then i'd go with R/A...and if ur talkin one of those under-the-front-end type R/A units...i'm not sure how well those flow...
if ur usin stock hood: go with the CAI...
if u got the money: R/A all the way...
