What is the canister next to the TB on the drivers side.the canister has a tube going from the exhaust manifold to the intake plenum. What is it and can I by-pass it?
It is your EGR valve. Emissions item that can be removed but you will have a SES light triggered unless you have hptuners or a sim. If it is not shot or leaking leave it alone
