nice headers. how is the edelbrock muffler compared to the flowmaster 80 sound wise? if it is similar, i would suggest puting a glasspack resonator between the cat and the bend to reduce the rasp. the edelbrock has no insulation it it correct?

Yes, the Edelbrock is a chambered muffler.
