intake manifolds for 1999 camaro

i was looking for an inatke manifold for my car and went on the website of rockauto. this website claims to have an intake manifold for my car and was wondering if there has been anyone that has ordered this part or know of someone that can give me any information about this.

i wanted to upgrade the intake manifold for the look of it , but if there is a possibility that i would gain hp that makes it even better. does anyone have any suggestions?:banana:

yea there are no aftermarket intakes for our cars. Sorry bro.

Now look over at my avatar and you will see an intake manifold setup that I am using on my build that I am doing. It is from australia and is a Holden Commodore VS intake. Same engine is in those cars as ours. ;)

i went to the ra website and it had the same part numbers for the pontiac firebird as the camaro. how is it that they would have the same part numbers and would be for a fwd vehicle? doesnt quite make any sense to me, i was looking at the monte carlo and found it has different part number.

firebirds and camaros don't have the same manifold as the fwd 3.8's. the rockauto website has all manifolds listed w/ the same part number whether it's a grand prix, bonneville, monte carlo, camaro or firebird. They should in fact have a different part # listed for the rwd cars.

if you're lookin for HP then call abbott for a port job. if you want yours to look better, just polish it and they look great!

like we have already said, nobody makes aftermarket intakes for our cars. You would have to port and polish your stockers for HP
