well, i still have a cat in my car, is a 94, it has a Flowmaster 80 series muffler, i know if i remove it and put a piece of pipe instead the cat, my exhaust be louder, i am wondering if doing it i will give some more performance , and finally, will i have preblems with SES light?

if its the stock cat then you will probably get some "performance" out of it by taking it off. i know i did, but that was because it was old and clog up. if your cat is newer than it probably wont make a differance. not you wont have an SES light 94 didnt have an o2 after the cat so it wont know if its gone or not. i wouldnt take it off and straight pipe to the muffler, get a small glass pack and put that in place of the cat, it will help reduce the rasp and sound smoother.
