Does anyone know in a ball park figure how many horses I'll get it I get 2.5in. pipe from the manifolds back and a hi flow cat? I already have a cat back exhaust.

whole exhaust(headers, Hi-flowcat, cat-back) will net you 15-25hp so doing your exhaust section by section is worth less. When you get headers (pacesetter) you get a y-pipe. To have someone custom make a 2.5 y-pipe will cost you more in the long run than getting pacesetter headers that come with them.
