I recently found a pacesetter catback system. Didn't even know they made an exhaust system for our cars. I see where the description of materials is this:
"Each system comes complete with larger-than-stock aluminized tubing, a fully-welded computer designed aluminized muffler..."
Will the aliminized tubing rust out like how the flowmasters do? If so then I think I'll just stick with my original plans of going with magnaflow.
It doesn't? Sorry for sounding like a noob, science was never my strong suit lol. I'm pretty sure it's made from aluminum, not just coated. So what does cause flowmaster's systems to rust out?
Yes it will rust, Not as bad as Flow masters. Flow masters seem to start rusting at the welds. The tubing will not be aluminized where you weld it together and will rust faster there.
