It works. This is nothing new and people from the past have already testify that it works.
It works so well that I've already gone thru 3 K&N Filter. Just that the dirt gets stock on it really good.
Strangely I feel a tab bit more power now just with the new hood. Could that be because of the cold air coming in through the ram air holes? I would use the intake that came with it, but the thought of having to buy a new K&N filter doesn't sound that fun at $70 a filter.
just get the cleaning kit for your k&N it's about 20 bucks from autozone. You don't have to throw all those filters away, just clean'em and recharge em with the oil
Actually, if a single drop hits the horsehair in the MAF, it'll foul it instantly and you'll have to replace the entire sensor.
Well just recently I am throwing the code P0174, which one of the causes could be the MAF, and Im wondering if that is causing the problem. But I have had my K&N on for over a year now and I haven't recharged it yet, still looks new though.
