Exhaust leak?

Exhaust leak?

Everytime i put my car in gear and go, i can hear a ticking that goes with the rpm's, louder as they climb

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem? or could it possibly be another problem

sounds like it might be the flexplate in the trans.
