    i was talking to a guy the other day that had a highflow cat on his integra and he said when he first installed it he forgot to put a donut on it? and it leaked like crazy. then he put it on and its fine now.

    anyone know what hes talkin about?

    It just flexes and gives movement to the converter or exhaust

        I think those are typically for front wheel drive cars. I wouldn't think that you would need it atleast that I have seen.

          Donuts are essential for installing exhaust components. The best for our cars is probably the glazed variety, but the ones with chocolate frosting can also be good

                  Donuts are used if your manifold is going to mate with the exhaust pipe I've seen those on Tahoe's and other Chevy pick-ups.
