I had a leak for awhile from my pass. side header, after 2 days finally got it fixed. Due to my back injuries and left side problems that is why it took so long. Yesterday I took the bolts out and old gasket, I had to pry on the header to get the gasket out since the passenger side header is welded all the way to the Y which it is welded also. So today I scraped as much as I could of the old gasket(which I think came out without leaving anything when I pulled it out) sprayed some brake cleaner and scraped somemore. Hit it with the air compessor a few times. I used a Fel Pro metal gasket sprayed it with copper gasket sealer, let it set for about a hour then put it in and tightened it down. No more leaks. I love the copper gasket sealer, stuff works great. I'm tired and done for now. Back when I was healthy I would of done this in 30 mins.
