so my headers are on order and i was thinking about !EGR.
Because from what ive read is people have problems with the EGR leaking.
So should i order block off plates or just try to seal it up?

Block off plates. It'd be better to lose the weight and it's always nice having more space in the engine bay. You can cut and weld the headers EGR extension off and even make your own block off plate for the manifold. It's what I did and it's worked great so far. Just make sure to use some gasket maker for the manifold plate.
Just use your existing covers and weld a nickel in where the hole is. Then use some copper RTV to seal them up. I did mine, the one on the upper manifold came out perfect, no leaks and didn't have to use any RTV. The one on the headers was leaking bad, weld job sucked, had it set too high and melted most of the metal. So I used another piece of metal with copper RTV and it sealed it up. Copper RTV is your friend. LOL

I may block mine off too. It isnt leaking, but I did turn it off in the tune, so its just a pretty part under the hood that does nothing.. Kinda like a blow off valve speaker in Hondas. lol
