Abbot Longtubes vs. CIA Midtubes

I currently have CIA midtubes and was wondering if there would be any hp gains that would make it worth the money and time to go for Abbott longtubes. I actually dont even know if they produce them or if its more of a custom thing. powerdyne supercharged @ 9psi, will be camming with Abbott heads, possibly stroking to 4.2L

I thought it was a one time custom thing, and then when lances engine went, he sold the headers and meatyshells bought them?

FFF is making the 15 sets of longtubes.. you should pick a set of those up.

if you have CIA it may not be worth the money unless you can get a decent amount of money back for the CIAs and put it towards the longtubes.

ive got someone that'll give me 425 for the CIA's, they are ceramic coated.

do you know how much the longtubes from Abbott will cost? are they stainless?

abbott wont make you long tubes, it was a one time deal and i bought them off him.

I didn't see any gains from the long tubes vs. pacesetters so I'm sticking with my RK sport headers.

Lance over at abbott racing hired someone to make his. FFF is making the longtubes for the 3.8l engine. First batch is due oct 1
