  • pacestter/rumbler sound clip.

    exhuast: pacestters,3" high flow cat, TSP rumbler with the bullet replaced with a sweet thunder,stock z28 tips.

    clip goes : start up,idle, 2000ish rev, 3000ish rev ,4500ish, and then another 2000ish.

    the heat shield over my cat is rattling slightly,sorry.

      thanks, below 3,000 isnt bad.

      for being a very cheap cat-back, the sound and performance is there.

        I agree with white dog, the idle sounds really good, also cars always sound better in person since the cameras cant ever deal with really loud sound

          off topic, but every forum im on ppl quote me as "whitE dog" its whit, with no E lol.

          Yea cameras never do any justice, but thats the first clip ive seen of pacesetters + rumbler

            personally, i love it. start ups suck, you can hear it across parking lots, but my neighbors are cool so i dont mind it.

            its loud outside, you cant talk on a phone behind it while its idling. but inside i can talk on the phone as long as i stay under 2500 or so.

            its pretty tame below 3000rpms, 4,000rpms it changes tone and its just plain loud,cant hear anything in the car loud.

            iver heard magnaflow, with and without headers, flowmaster with headers, and i had a z28 take off on for a day ( it was free, just curious as to how it'd sound ) and IMO the rumbler sounds the best. they all rasp above 4000 or so, but my sounds way better below 3000 rpms.

            ill get a driving clip up soon, i think i can just put the camera in the trunk and go down the road quick.

                its coming. clutch is in my room waiting to go in first, hoping to have heads/cam before christmas.
