right now i have a stock 02 3.8l v6...first things first I wanted to do something to make it louder/more noticable and get a little performance outta it too, ecutouts, ive read are the best way but i want something that will be worth the money...if anyone could give me some web sites and good brands of things for the following exhaust products

electric cutout(i realize there's no point in getting an exhaust system if im getting a cutout but I just want sites to compare pricing and other info):

i was considering ripping off the stock exhaust and making a custom tru dual exhaust system, if anyone has any sites on the best route to take for the piping that would be great.

i was also wondering which is better, cold air intake or ram air...ive heard mixed opinions about each

Headers I like RKSport , have 3 bolt flanges put on instead of the 2 bolt. Or there are Pacesetters, for either one,I would get them with the coating.
Exhaust, just take it to a exhust shop and do 3" from the Y pipe from the headers back, magaflow makes a good high flow cat or the exhaust shop might have one for cheaper.For a good mellow tone without rasp I like the Summit Turbo muffler 3" in/3" out. Ebay has good deals on electric cutouts with the pipe included might ask the exhaust shop might be cheaper.

2. Ebay, Shift kit Transgo HD $90-$100
3. Hptuners $500 to $600
I would also look into a Wideband like a PLX, Ebay for like $300 or so.
Intake I have no idea on a 02' with a lid, mioght search the forum.

Yea, I saw it somewhere but cant remember where. Our cars sound ok with true duals but Im not sure of the gains out of it exactly. I know this one guy (not sure if it was on here or another forum) ran 2.75in true duals and it didnt soudn too bad. Then again he also had a cam and such.
