Ok so i Took my Cat off and replaced it with a 3inch Pipe Holy crap this thing Idles so Good I love the sound but then When you get on it, Its hella loud!

ricer mods do tend to make your car slower.. so congrats you have a louder more obnoxious even slower v6 fbody :)

What kind of exhaust system do you have?

I noticed decent gains with a gutted cat, on a stock catback with a cutout, before the rear axle.

With and without the cutout open.

I actaully been Told my Car sounds really good now and even a Track officalt at Infieon Accidently put me in the V8 class lol But when i get on it It sounds like a ricer not Idleign though I got a Flowmaster on it after rear end

actually no mine did not get slower only the first couple of hours i stomped on it and it did struggle a little but then, it got more accelaration and i felt stronger so that ricer mode did help my car out hahahahaha
