After Cat sensor

I just got headers and a high flow cat, but the cat has no provision for the O2 sensor that goes behind the stock cat. Can I run without that sensor and it be ok or will it affect anything?

u cant run without the o2 sensor it will turn on the check engine light

The SES light will go on, but other than that it will not affect the car. The post-cat sensor is strictly for emissions.

correct, the 2 pre-cat you NEED. the post cat is just there to see if the cat is working properly.

you can buy a o2 simulator to plug into the rear o2 harness connector and it sends a signal to the computer making it think there is a sensor there and then you will have no check engine light. been running one on mime for years with no problem

i got an 02 sim and never had a problem

Just tune it out of the pcm with hptuners or a mail order tune
