not that hard...three hours, five tops.
you will feel it
it may actually make it more raspy
i have the non coated black painted ones, and they still work, with no rust whatsoever.

Just make sure you soak the manifold bolts with pb blaster for a couple days before you do them. warm the engine up a little bit but not too hot when you get ready to do it. that way the bolts will come out and wont break off.
i had them installed last year , the ceramic coated ones, i'm not sure of the horsepower gain but i noticed more low end torque , and with a high flow cat and my magnaflow catback its sounds great
alrightt that helps. i wish i didnt have to weld but i guess thats the only way...
If your uncomfortable welding, just install the headers and take the rest to an exhaust shop. It was $70 to install my Y pipe and cat. (which i thought was a bit high)
ya thats what i was thinking about doing. i should get my exhaust tac'd too cuz i only have it clamped at the moment, so i can get it all done in one shot!
