Re: header gaskets
I run felpro metal gaskets with some copper spray sealant, no problems with leaks.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake

Re: header gaskets
I've heard Abbott racing gaskets are good....
Also, grab some stage 8 locking header bolts.

Re: header gaskets
I got mine from abbot within a week of sendin them the money order. they do good business. I would suggest sealing the gasket to the face of the header. then use a dremel to shave any excess overhang around the primary ports. this will eliminate any unwanted air flow interuption

Re: header gaskets
The Felpros have the oval opening that is perfect for the 3.8 heads, even ported heads would still have enough room for the Felpro gaskets. Copper spray is the best for making a great seal.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake
