Have a 2000 Camaro and I read somewhere that the 2000+ exhaust manifolds are not as restricted as previous years. I have bought a cat back Dynomax exhaust and was looking into some tubular Pacesetter headers but I'll probably hold off if the info I read is true. So are the 2000+ Camaro headers better flowing than previous years??? Any info would be helpful and maybe save me a little coin. Thanks

Re: 2000 stock exhaust manifold question???
Tubular manifolds that came on 2000+ flow better than the manifolds on 99- cars. But Pacesetters would still be an improvement over the tubular manifold.'99 Camaro

Re: 2000 stock exhaust manifold question???
true story^^ i had the tubular manifolds on my 02 and just put in pacesetters and a new 3" borla exhaust and it flows much better...definitely a worthy investment.pacesetters|full 3" borla exhaust|3" stainless e-cutout|slp cai & ram intake|c/f whisper lid|tbs|eibach|kyb|stb|sfc's|adj.lca's & phb|slp fan|b&m t5|180*|z06 17x9.5|8000k hids|hptuners|d/s rotors

Re: 2000 stock exhaust manifold question???
^agreed with all previous statements. the log manifolds were crap, the tubulars are better, but headers are best.Team NoVa
