You don't NEED a cat for your car to run, but you might need it to pass inspection depending on your state...

I know I don't need one just wanted to know if cat or no cat will it set off the ses light cuz if I won't I can just gut out the cat and leave it on so it won't look fishy and in tx

yup no cat sets of the ses its weird cause my ses came on two years after i removed the cat but i cant stand the ses light.
