      take the baffles off and get a piece of pvc tubing, i think is 3" not sure, clamp it between the lid and the tb and you are done. total cost under 10 buck. totally worth it

            Noooo, way off. A TB spacer isn't between the Air lid and TB, it's between the TB and manifold. Supposedly it reduces temps in the throttle body where your MAF sensor is so that little bit of space air runs through isn't heated up. It also blocks coolant passages to help keep the temps down but I've heard arguments that they actually heat up worse by blocking the coolant flow.
