It happens because of stupidity, wiring problems, didn't have a blow down tube installed where if you have a heater on the bottle and are stupid enough to leave it on in 100 degree weather the bottle wouldn't have exploded but would of blow the nitrous out the bottom of the car. I don't feel sorry for them, its their own fault.
