Nitrous is perfectly legal in Cali you just can't have the bottle turned on unless you're at the track, or as long as you don't get caught with it turned on, I never shut mine off. :D [img]graemlins/burnout.gif[/img]
In jersey it is legal to carry nitorus bottles.
They can not be opened or the system and the bottle can be yanked right out if the owner is caught.
I've heard some states say that if the bottle is within reach of the driver then it is illegal.
